Always, Austen: Jane Austen Inspired Shawl Club

It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a crafter in possession of hand-dyed yarn must be in want of a shawl...or so we've heard.

Following the relase of our Tour of the Season last year, it became evident that Jane Austen fans were eagar for their own club. But we wanted something that would be something more than a single-skein project. 

Spotlighting four Jane Austen's beloved novels, we've designed either a shawl or wrap inspired by each. Exploring shawl shapes - half circle, boomerang, rectangle, baktus, V, or triangle - we'll knit our way through the year.

What to expect:

• 2 lovely hand-dyed skeins
• A new shawl pattern each quater inspired by one of Jane Austen's novels
• A special shawl pin
• and some extra goodies

    -all inside an organza bag with contents slip.

March 2025 - Yarn in this kit is Mary Ann sock/fingering (85% superwash Merino, 15% nylon); shawl pattern inspired by ‘Sense and Sensibility’.
